Our professional consultations and services are designed to ensure all our clients are completely satisfied. Our commitment to your satisfaction comes with a guarantee that any rework will be free of charge when contact is made with in seven days after your appointment. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CHANGE OF MIND, and this will be at your cost. No refunds will be entrained.
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING
When booking your appointment at Lummav Hair Studio, we require a 50% deposit up front to reserve that time for you. This deposit will then be applied towards any services at your next appointment.
We ask you to notify your stylist 48 hours beforehand if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify the scope of your appointment. This allows us an opportunity to then fill that availability.
If you do cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your allocated time, your deposit will be forfeited in full.
